At The Barket Shop, we’re all about delivering joy—for pets and their people! Whether you're treating your furry friend to a stylish new outfit or gifting a fellow pet lover, we’ll make sure your order gets to you quickly and hassle-free.

Delivery Information

Processing Time:

We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as your order leaves our paws, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey straight to your doorstep.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50

Please note: If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock availability. We do this to get your goodies to you as fast as possible!

Returns and Exchanges

We want you (and your pets) to be 100% happy with your order! If something isn’t quite right, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and in new, unused condition
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Sale or “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return (unless faulty)
  • Photos of your item(s) may be required before return approval

Bundles: If you're returning part of a bundle, the refund will reflect the adjusted pricing of the remaining items.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived after 20 days, please get in touch so we can open an investigation with the courier. We’ll do everything we can to fetch a resolution for you as soon as possible!
